1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services offered by SIMLEX TESTING SRL (hereinafter "the Operator"/"the Company"). By requesting and using the laboratory's services, the client confirms that they have read and fully accepted these conditions.

2. Object of activity

SIMLEX TESTING SRL offers laboratory services, physico-chemical and microbiological analyses, MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) testing and other services specific to the field of quality control for food and non-food products.

3. Orders and scheduling

Services are performed exclusively based on an order submitted by e-mail, telephone or online form.

The Operator reserves the right to confirm, refuse or reschedule orders depending on laboratory capacity.

The client is obliged to provide correct data regarding the tested product and sampling conditions.

4. Prices and payments

Rates are expressed in RON and may be updated without prior notice.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or other methods agreed in writing.

Services are paid in full before the release of analysis reports, except for clients with a contract.

5. Execution deadlines

Execution deadlines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the analysis, the type of sample and the workload.

The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (improper transport, damaged samples, non-compliant conditions at reception).

6. Sample reception

The client is responsible for the integrity of the samples and proper packaging.

The laboratory may refuse samples that do not meet minimum quality, safety or traceability conditions.

7. Analysis reports

Reports are issued exclusively for the client on the order.

Reports cannot be modified at the client's request and reflect exclusively the results obtained.

The Company is not liable for the incorrect use of reports in audits or internal procedures of the client.

8. Limitation of liability

SIMLEX TESTING SRL assumes no responsibility for:

the use of results outside the purpose for which they were generated;

commercial losses caused by misinterpretation of reports;

decisions made by the client without consulting a specialist.

9. Confidentiality

All data, reports and information transmitted between the client and the laboratory are confidential and will not be disclosed without the consent of the parties, except in situations provided by law.

10. Disputes

Any dispute will be resolved amicably. Otherwise, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Călărași.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify this document at any time, without prior notice. The updated version will be available on the website or provided upon request.
