01Determination of Nitrates, Nitrites, Phosphates, Sulphates in Food Products
The analysis of nitrate, nitrite, phosphate and sulphate content is essential for assessing the quality and safety of food products. Although these substances can occur naturally in certain foods, in high concentrations they can indicate contamination, excessive use of fertilizers or additives.

Choose the test you need from our online list
On our platform you will find all available types of analyses, clearly grouped by category — food products, water, feed or beverages.
Each test has a detailed description: what it determines, what type of product it is suitable for and the estimated analysis time.
You can order the desired test online, adding it to the cart like in a regular store, or you can contact us for a personalized quote if you have multiple samples or specific requests (MAP, organic products, etc.).

Send the sample to the laboratory (clear instructions + address)
After placing the order, you will receive an automatic email with clear instructions for sampling and packaging, to ensure the analysis is performed under optimal conditions.
Samples can be sent by courier to our laboratory address or collected directly by our team, depending on volume and area.
All samples are registered on arrival with a unique identification code, to guarantee complete traceability and confidentiality.

The analysis is performed according to MAP standards
In our laboratory, samples are analyzed using modern equipment and methods compliant with MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) standards and European regulations in force.
Our team of specialists performs the necessary chemical and physico-chemical determinations (nitrates, additives, heavy metals, pesticides, etc.), ensuring accuracy, repeatability and validation of results.
All analyses follow quality protocols and are performed in a RENAR accredited laboratory, according to ISO 17025.

Receive the results report electronically and confidentially
Upon completion of testing, you receive a complete results report directly by email, in secure PDF format.
The report contains the determined values, the methods used, the compliance limits and a clear interpretation of the results — useful for audits, certifications, quality controls or labeling.
In addition, all results are kept confidential, and upon request we can also issue electronically signed versions or physical copies of the analysis reports.
